Dear Bill Bibbens,
On December 28th, 2006, I brought my 2007 Polaris Switchback into your dealership for a warranty repair. At the time I did not have an appointment, so I was fully expecting to leave it for service. I was pleasantly greeted by Wayne Schmidt and asked about getting the snowmobile repaired. Jamie Pardee came right out to see what the problem was. When finding out that the parts would need to be ordered and further inconveniencing me, he removed the parts needed from a new snowmobile on the showroom floor. He quickly repaired my snowmobile and got me on my way. This was above and beyond my expectations. His dedication and excellence are a another shining example of the outstanding service and repair your dealership has always given me. "My family and I have bought sleds for 25yrs. But were never really that happy with any dealers. Intill 7yrs ago when I purchased my first of many sled from bibens. Most dealers say and do all the right things just long enough for you to buy that new sled than down the road your just another sale no more than that. But Bill and his family and staff(Jamie,wayne and others), take the time and do things right. When ever you need parts or sevice they do a excellent job. They get you and your sled back on the trail quickly. I would strongly recommened BIBINS to any who would lisen And stand buy that recommendation 100%. "
