"I purchased a used sportman 500 from a private owner,Took it into Bill to go over it.Nothing but honesty comes from this dealership.Couple things wrong ,they fixed it fast and got it right back to me.I just recently dropped it off to have all the fuilds changed,told him I needed it back the next day, I was leaving for hunting camp and they took care of it and got it to me sooner than that.they are always very nice and accommindating to everbodys needs.If they were futher away than another dealer I would still go to Bibbens.Keep up the great work" Overall Rating: Michael Bolton - Syracuse, NY

"I have been looking for a new snowmobile for over a month and when I found Bibbens Sales and Service online they had the exact sled that I was looking for. When I called and talked to Wayne I was very happy with the way he described the snowmobile to me considering Bibbens is a hour and a half away from my house. He was extremly professional and his knowlegde about the machine was something that you dont get at the "big" powersports dealers. I will recomend Bibbens to all of my family friends. "January 6, 2007 Bibbens Sales & Service 3282 East Brutus Road Weedsport, NY 13166 Dear Bill Bibbens, On December 28th, 2006, I brought my 2007 Polaris Switchback into your dealership for a warranty repair. At the time I did not have an appointment, so I was fully expecting to leave it for service. I was pleasantly greeted by Wayne Schmidt and asked about getting the snowmobile repaired. Jamie Pardee came right out to see what the problem was. When finding out that the parts would need to be ordered and further inconveniencing me, he removed the parts needed from a new snowmobile on the showroom floor. He quickly repaired my snowmobile and got me on my way. This was above and beyond my expectations. His dedication and excellence are a another shining example of the outstanding service and repair your dealership has always given me. Most dealers say and do all the right things just long enough for you to buy that new sled than down the road your just another sale no more than that.
